End User License Agreement
What You Need To Know1. First of all, you
(Licensee) need to agree to the beat selling platform provider's terms
and license agreement at the time of purchasing and downloading our
beat. The beat is licensed to you to use in your performance or
production. The ownership of the beat remains with the Licensor (Elina
Westwood Music Productions).
2. The beat is "royalty free" and you
don't have to pay anything from your profits to us.
3. The license is valid for one user, one group or one
company.
4. Licensor will not be responsible if the beat did not
match the purpose of the Licensee.
What You Can Do
1. You can use the beat anywhere in the world in live or public
performances, online streaming, films, all video productions, online
video, dance video, TV, radio, club DJ, commercials, computer games,
presentations, and other purposes specified in the beat selling platform
provider's terms and license agreement.
2. You can modify the beat as
you wish (add vocals, sounds, effects or remove sounds).
3. You can add your
vocals to the beat and sell (online streaming/video, CD, TV, radio) in
any country in the world.
What You Cannot Do
1. You cannot resell the beat as it is (without modifications) or give
away the beat free of charge to another user in any format. (You can add
your vocals and sell as a song.)
2. You cannot chop off any part of
the beat to make samples, loops, sounds, buddle in other sample packs in
order to sell or give away free of charge and share with others.
3.
Without any modifications, you cannot place the beat on an online
streaming or video platform for others to download the beat. (Please add
vocals, sounds, effects, add tags to the beat or chop off a significant
portion of the beat to avoid unauthorized usage of the beat by
unlicensed users).
4. You cannot transfer the license to another
user.
